About Wish Coffee

Our story began with a wish. Over a cup of coffee one day, Jordan and Bethany Tate were discussion the unjust treatment of coffee farmers. From that, a wish was born. They wished for a way they could somehow combine two of their shared passions: helping people and coffee. Then, before they even had a plan, they made this website.

Our mission is to be fierce advocates of coffee farmers and to rally the support of coffee enthusiasts with big hearts like ours who are willing to pay a little more for their coffee so that other people's wishes can come true. 

What started as a family operation has grown to a team of 25 people. And yes, they all drink coffee. At Wish Coffee, our team is made up of coffee and tea enthusiasts who are passionate about sharing their knowledge, expertise, and their own wishes with our customers. 

We are based in Dallas, Texas and have partners throughout the U.S., Europe, and Central America.
